A message from the Dean

One of the most important moments in your life is to make up a decision of entering a university and decide further professional career. This choice is going to influence significantly a large part of your life. Taking up this decision it is important to consider all possible aspects before the final choice is made.

The Pomeranian Medical University has offered the English Program since 1996. Currently there are almost 400 students enrolled in the English Program at the University, mostly from Norway, Sweden, Germany and the USA. First students of the English Program graduated in 2002, and over 85% of them passed Medical State Exam in Norway at the first attempt. The rest passed at their next attempts. Since the beginning of the Program 110 students have graduated.

The University will guarantee you highly qualified committed staff together with a very pleasant atmosphere during your stay in Szczecin. Teaching staff of the University permanently up-dates their knowledge and teaching skills. A scientific development is also promoted. The University co-operates educationally and scientifically with well-known universities in Europe and the USA. The doctors who graduated from the Pomeranian Medical University work in 40 countries all over the World and have a good reputation.
